What is Atlanta LIVE?
Atlanta LIVE is an event that implements real flight schedules for all flights in and out of the Atlanta area (KATL) with real world ATC staffing and techniques. This includes most of all the real-world commercial transport flights scheduled during the event times. It doesn't get any better than this as the controllers push the Atlanta airspace to its limit.
All aircraft type, pilots, and flight rules are welcome.
Don't miss your chance to experience the world's busiest airport along with some of the best air traffic control on VATSIM and win over 20 prizes! Flight booking is REQUIRED to be selected for prizes.
Where Do I Sign Up?
If you are NOT planning on booking a flight, just show up between 7PM EST (0000z) and 11PM EDT (0400z).
If you are booking a live flight from our schedule then click one of the links below, depending on whether you would like to fly out or fly into Atlanta. We have an extensive database of about 500 flight which transit in or out of the Atlanta Airport. Keep in mind this flight schedule was created a month prior to the event and airlines may have changed their routes, flight numbers, and scheduled times. However, please feel free to book a flight that seems similar to that of which you are looking for.

Once you have chosen your flight and have confirmed the booking through e-mail, you are all set! Be sure to show up early to allow enough time to board your passengers and run the pre-flight checklists. Also remember to load half hour of holding fuel and a 45 minute reserve; you never know how the weather or traffic will be. Also, as a courtesy to our controllers who are working hard to provide you with great service, please do your best to execute instructions expeditiously and respond to all instructions in as few words as necessary. Aviate, navigate, communicate; in that order.
